Overview

As all our products including number plates and custom key rings are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, or any other reason unrelated to a potential product defect.

Each item is individually crafted based on your specifications, and production begins almost immediately after the order is placed.

If you believe your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

Defective or Damaged Items

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must:

  • Have a verified defect or damage that occurred before usage

  • Be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging.

We may require photos or videos showing the defect to verify the issue before approving a return.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or sending a replacement.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund once the item is received and inspected (if a return is required).
Refunds are applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be issued for defective or incorrect items confirmed by our team.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider — processing times may vary.

  3. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact our team with details of your order and issue. 

Shipping Returns

If a return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
