We are pleased to confirm that DWDPLATES are a DVLA Registered Number Plate Supplier! This means, we can legally manufacture & distribute road legal 3D & 4D Custom Number Plates. 

Our custom number plates are manufactured with our company information and BSAU code printed. This ensures your number plate is fully compliant & legal. DWDPLATES’ Custom Number Plates are fully MOT complaint.

Please use our portal which will appear after placing your order. Alternatively, please reply to your order conformation with an attachment of the relevant documents.

We highly recommend that you do not drill your custom plates. All of our custom number plates (whether that’s 3D or 4D) arrive with a set of sticky pads – which we recommend you use. We are not responsible for any damage done to a number plate, caused by incorrect drilling.

If your item is ordered during a business day, the order will be shipped on the same day, we use Royal Mail First Class delivery to ship all of our orders. Please note if you order over the weekend, your order will not be shipped until the start of the week.

Your order will arrive within 2-3 working days, although in many cases you’ll receive the item next day.

Please note, shipping will be delayed during national holidays such as Christmas, Easter & Bank Holidays. 

Unfortunately, Royal Mail are typically delayed due to high demand. Please note that we cannot control delivery times through busy periods such as Christmas/Easter. 

Orders can take up to 10 business days during busy periods. During this time, we are unable to expedite your order or track the whereabouts of it. If your order is delayed further, we are happy to send a refund/replacement. 

Although we use top of the range machinery and we inspect every product before shipping it out, In very rare cases, a slight imperfection may be present due to the nature of our products.

Here at DWDPLATES, we ensure all of our orders are shipped out the same day that they were ordered. Our items are bespoke, and custom made to suit your needs. Due to this, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.

All of our items are bespoke, and custom made to suit each customers needs. Due to this, we have a strict no return policy, unless the item is damaged or defective, we will require photographic evidence of the damage to process this.
